Please note that all the criteria above should be met for students to qualify for the hackathon. Students, however, can participate in the Gen AI Enablement and Industry Connect sessions.
Step 1: Students to register for the hackathon on or before September 21, 2025.
Step 2: Participating institutes must create a class on AWS Academy Gen AI Foundations with at least 50 students. Based on the participation, institutions will qualify for the hackathon.
Step 3: Students will be able to upskill themselves through the Gen AI Enablement sessions and meet some experts through the Industry Connect sessions. They should also complete the AWS Partyrock course (2h) from AWS Educate.
Step 4: Institutes to conduct an internal quiz to select their top team(s).
Step 5: Shortlisted teams will compete in the hackathon on real-world cloud problem statements.
